After 8 months of numerous repairs to the fire pit installed by Urban Fires we have been able to use it less than 5 times.
It has been nothing but a disappointing, uphill, tedious, time wasting and expensive exercise that has got us nothing but an ugly box in our courtyard, that simply does not work.
The owner of the company has come up with new reasons as to why it's not working. The main one is that water keeps getting into the product. This is England. It rains.
We were told that the cover (thats obviously way too small for the product) would provide the protection against the weather, which is simply not true.
Our latest repair was carried out on Thursday and the pit still will not ignite - there has been no rain in that period of time, so the product is just faulty- we have asked for the removal of the product and a refund and have been told that we are not entitled to one.
Please save your time and your money by avoiding this product at all costs.
