Cons:
-Unwelcoming nurse - i went for a blood test and literally just walked in - jab - done. No hi, no confirmation of what the blood test is for, no indication on when I should expect results or if I am supposed to call in. Pretty ridiculous service here and felt very uncomfortable.
-can be disorganised with the most important things- took time off work to come in for a blood test and was sent home instead because they did not have the right blood viles. Was told I would be called back to reschedule and never was! Complete waste of time as I should have been at work, and quite ridiculous they had not bothered to keep on top of it and reschedule for me
It could be a real good place if they just got rid of a few bad apples..and got more organised. I understand it is busy but health isn't a joke and should really be taken more seriously and organsed! 3 stars are mainly for the doctors themselves and most times good service from reception.
