- Kaye Bill Review added: 2018.09.21★ ★ ★ ★ ★Had this insurance for a few years now and thankfully haven't had to claim before. I phoned before I took my pet to the vets, great Customer Service. Glad I could speak to a human and she was very helpful. My Vets sent all the paperwork off and I have received email to say my claim is being paid out. Very easy. Would definitely recommend Petplan. I did look around for cheaper insurance but glad I stayed with Petplan. You certainly do get what you pay for. Happy me happy pet.
